With the introduction of RIBA SFA 2010 I note a 'Consultants' version. Could an MCIAT member utilise these as their Form of agreement with clients?

CIAT provide the conditions of engagement for Domestic projects but do not for commercial. Would it be possible to use RIBA SFA?
