I was just wondering if anyone would maybe be able to advice on a pathway becoming a Project Designer/Management...?

I have graduated within the industry of Interior Architecture - but with job openings being sparse. I have recently been thinking of different avenues [to keep my options open - until the industry picks up again]. One avenue that I think I may be interested in is becoming a Project Designer/Management.

I noticed that Taylor Wimpey have a Graduate Management Scheme and Arup do have a sector that deals with such things but can not see such "vacancies" with them.

Does anyone know any [Architectural/Design] companies/practices within London that would maybe do Graduate Schemes [or similar] to become one? Or what would maybe be a good pathway to become one?
