Prior to setting up her own agency, Carolyn worked inhouse for a number of architectural and design consultancies. She has been responsible for the launch of Architecture Week, as well as launching national awards, exhibitions and cultural education initiatives for the Architecture Foundation, in addition to raising the profile of individual artists, architects and designers.
